BATCH RECIPES
Strawberry/ Rosemary Syrup
32oz strawberry’s with tops cut off and quarters
2.5oz rosemary
1 gallon sugar
1 gallon water
1. In a large pot add all ingredients stir
2. Heat all ingredients to a simmer and let simmer for 25 minutes
3. Remove from heat and let cool completely
4. Strain through a chinois to remove rosemary and strawberries
5. Store the strawberry/ rosemary syrup in refrigerator
BATCH RECIPES
Stevia syrup
9.7oz bag of Stevia
1 gallon of water
1. In a medium sized Cambro add Stevia and 1 gallon of hot water sir until stevia is completely dissolved.
2. Let cool and transfer stevia syrup to a gallon jug
3. Store in Refridgerator

3/4 gallon honey
1/4 gallon water
1 oz dehydrated lavender
1. In a large pot add all ingredients
2. Heat all ingredients to a simmer and let simmer at very low heat for 25 minutes
3. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
4. Strain through a chinois to remove dehydrated lavender
Store syrup in refrigerator
