Spirit mixer (6 points)
A
- Liquor or liqueur with soda or any juice mixer
- Fill with cubed ice 2-3 cubes over rim
- 25ml pour in hi-ball or 50ml in Collins
- Mixer to fill to 3/8 inch of the rim
- Hi-ball served with sip straw, Collins with soda straw
- Stirred quickly and lightly once

Shot or Straight (3 points)
A
- 25ml Pour in a shot glass or 50ml in hi ball
- Served without ice in shot glass or optionally with ice in hi-ball

Spirit and Red Bull (7 points)
A
- Liquor or liqueur with red bull
- Fill with cubed ice 2-3 cubes above rim of glass
- To be served with a full can of red bull branding facing guest
- Garnished with a lime squeeze
- Hi-ball served with sip straw, Collins with soda straw
- Spirits with red bull are all individually priced

Blended (4 points)
A
- Ingredients must be well blended & fully frozen (must not separate)
- Must not crunch when consumed through a straw
- Thick enough that a straw will stand up straight in the drink
- Some drinks will fill the glass more than others

Wine & Champagne (3 points)
A
- House wine served in Empire glass 250ml or 125ml - use a jigger
- White wine served in a chilled glass, Rosé wine should be offered with a chilled glass
- Champagne served in a 5 1/2 oz (125ml) portion and MUST be fizzy

Mineral water, Soda water and Fruit Juice (4 points)
A
- Collins 1/2 filled with cubed ice or Hi-ball with no ice
- Fill glass to within 3/8th inch of the rim
- Collins with a soda straw, Hi-ball with sip straw
- Mineral water garnished with a lime squeeze
