Put all ingredients into a julep tin and fill half way with crushed ice. stir till tin is frosted, then add crushed ice 3/4 of the way up and stir till chilled again. Then top with more ice to form a dome above the rim and garnish with a mint sprig.
Pink Lady
1.5oz Plymouth Gin
.5oz Laird’s Bonded Apple Brandy
.75oz lemon juice
.75oz simple syrup
.25oz grenadine
1 egg white
Garnished with 3 brandied cherries on a cocktail pick
Dry shake all ingredients together, then again with ice. double strain over large rock in a rocks glass and garnish with the cherries
Strange Brew
2oz Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
.75oz velvet falernum
1oz pineapple juice
.5oz lemon juice
top with green flash IPA beer
Garnished with 1 mint sprig
Short shake all ingredients except the beer with 3 ice cubes, strain into pilsner glass and fill with crushed ice. Top with IPA. Garnish with mint sprig and serve with a straw.

1.5oz Elijah Craig 12 Year Bourbon
.75oz House Sweet Vermouth
.75oz Campari
Garnish w/ Lemon twist
Stir all ingredients over ice, strain into coupe, garnish with lemon twist

Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe
1.5oz Rittenhouse 100 rye
.5oz pierre ferrand 1840 cognac
1tsp demerara syrup
4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

Rinse a rocks glass with absinth and dump
stir all ingredients over ice and strain into the glass. Express lemon oils over the drink and discard
