Dark and Stormy
2oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
.75oz lime juice
1oz ginger syrup
Club soda
Garnish with a lime wheel and candied ginger flag
In a shaker, combine all the ingredients except the club soda and whip. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with soda and candied ginger flag and serve with a straw.
French 75
1.5oz Plymouth Gin
.75oz lemon juice
.5oz cane sugar syrup
Dry champagne
Garnish with a lemon twist
Shake all ingredients except the champagne with ice, then double strain into a flute. Top with champagne and garnish with the lemon twist.
Gimlet
2oz Perry’s TOT Navy-Strength Gin
1.5oz Toby’s Lime Cordial
Garnish with 1 lime wedge.
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a double rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with lime wedge.
Gin Fizz
2oz Beefeater London Dry Gin
.75oz lemon juice
.75oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Club soda
Dry shake all of the ingredient except the soda, then shake again with ice. double strain into a fizz glass and top with soda. NG

Garnish with min bouquet
Squeeze a lime wedge into a shaker and drop it in. add all ingredients and short shake with 3 ice cubes. Strain into a snifter filled with crushed ice. garnish with mint bouquet and serve with a straw.
Manhattan
2.5oz Rittenhouse 100 Rye
.75oz House Sweet Vermouth
2 DAB
Garnish with 1 brandied cherry.
Stir all ingredients over ice and strain into a coupe. Garnish with the cherry
Margarita
Kosher Salt
2oz Siembra Azul Blanco Tequila
.75oz Cointreau
1oz lime juice
.25oz agave nectar
Garnish with 1 lime wedge
Rim half of a double rocks glass with kosher salt. Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into the glass over ice cubes. Garnish with the lime wedge.
Martini
2.5oz Plymouth, Beefeaters London Dry, or Tanqueray Dry Gin
.75oz Dolin Dry Gin
1 Dash of orange bitters
Garnish with a lemon twist
Stir all ingredients over ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
