what are the types of neurodivergence?

what is the brain development like in neurodivergent individuals?
- differences in brain structure and functioning
- in autistic brain there are areas larger than others (amygdala)
what is neurodiversity?
neurological difference that occurs in nervous system, resulting in differences in learning, thinking and processing
what are the features/symptoms of autism?
difficulty with social interactions, high attention to detail, difficulty changing focus
what are the features/symptoms of ADHD?
inability to sit still, inability to remain focus
what are the features/symptoms of Tourette syndrome?
rapid, repetitive movements, vocalisations and behavioural differences
what are the features/ symptoms of Dyspraxia?
difficulty with muscle control, good problem solving
what are the features/symptoms or Dyslexia?
difficulty reading, spelling, and writing
what are the features/symptoms of Duscalculia?
difficulty with maths and numbers
