: upslanting palpebral fissures, epicanthic folds

small low-set ears, round/flat face

later complication of down syndrome ?
subfertility: males are almost always infertile due to impaired spermatogenesis. Females are usually subfertile, and have an increased incidence of problems with pregnancy and labour
