2005: Late Bottle Vintage Port
A
From 20 year old vines planted on 36ha of schist soils. Hand-harvested in early September with vineyard sorting and triage table; de-stemmed with two week maceration followed by spontaneous fermentation in 5000L granite lagar for 4-5 days. Aged in 300L French oak barrels for 30 months and 18 months in stainless steel. Not filtered.
