- Perpetrator exhibiting jealous or controlling behaviour
- Stalking
- If the victim is afraid or frightened for themselves or their children
- Injuries on victim or children
- Perpetrator has a criminal record
- Trigger cause of separation
What is the aim of MARACs?
To close information gaps and make a safety plan = to manage risk and prevent homicide
How long does MARACs have to asses and research information whilst keeping in contact with the victim?
1 week - 10 days.
What is MARACS intention?
