Not really. some of the people in the land could bribe the commissioners or could lie about the stuff they owned.

it was made because William the conquerer was new to the country and wanted to show the people that he was the supreme leader.
who made it?
William was the man who made the book become real, but a scribe was said to have written it in latin.

what issues did the book have?
some of the commissioners could have been bribed. some of the people could have lied about what they had
was it a success?
Yes but No. it had lots of true information, but it also had a lot of fake information on it.
