Reductive –> frequent pump over/rack and return. Mid-range fermentation temperatures –> retain primary aromas. Short maceration (7-15 days). Soft extraction methods –> avoid extracting naturally high tannins. Aged in stainless steel/cement.

A
Deep ruby, medium(+) intense aromas (red cherry, floral), medium(-) acidity, medium(+) tannins. Good to very good quality. Inexpensive to mid-priced.
