A

Authorized, structured, systematic review and evaluation of provider prescribing, pharmacist dispensing, patient use of, and monitoring of med employing standard, observational quality improvement methods

A quality improvement activity. Comparison of the way in which medications are actually used, administered, and monitored with the way the organization’s policies and procedures say they should be used
