What does inadmissible evidence mean?
A
Person on stand should have have said what they did (for whatever reason) and the jury are instructed not to use this as evidence

A
- suggests inadmissible things could be said deliberately
- lab experiment
- mock jury but pps we’re actually on jury service
- listen to tapes (one tape was of a women who was injured by careless male driver)
- found if an insurance company has to pay, jury will give victim more money
- when told to ignore insurance info, pps rewards victim with much more money
-shows that inadmissible evidence has great importance
