NO.
‘Marriage cannot be dissolve by any human power or for any reason other than death.’
Marriage a legal bond, the promises made before God cannot be broken.
There can be an annulment in 2 cases:
1) The person was psychotically unstable at the time.
2) There was some hidden information.
