Explain your understanding of team working.
People working together to achieve a shared aim, such as working to deliver a service to a client.
People in the team carry out tasks to achieve objectives, and together fulfil this aim. Different tasks may be suited to different people depending on their skill set and personality.
What is unconscious bias?
Prejudice against a particular something, group, individual.
Happens outside our conscious awareness.
This bias is typically a learned stereotype that’s automatic and mostly unintentional

How does Brown & Co measure diversity?
They have an annual review of demographics such as gender, race, age, and ethnicity. They study any gender pay gap and look at reasons why this may be the case and measures they can put in place to reduce this.
What are the challenges of making a listed building DDA compliant?
- Depending on their age, they may not meet modern disability awareness standards involve work to make them compliant.
Depending on the nature of the work, may still require listed building consent or planning permission.

- having a variety of individuals from all different backgrounds with different beliefs, genders, race.
