Dispute resolution is a term that refers to several processes that can be used to resolve a conflict, dispute or claim.

What does ADR stand for and what is the main forms?

ADR stands for alternative dispute resolution and it refers to processes which are alternatives to traditional binding dispute resolution procedures such as litigation and arbitration
Main forms are:
Mediation
Adjudication
Arbitration

What is the TCC and what does it do?
A
Technology and construction court (TCC)
Handles disputes about building, engineering and surveying. DOes not typically handles cases less than £250k unless there is good reason.
