What must the applicant prove in order for an order for specific disclosure to be made?
A
The applicant must show that it is necessary for the respondent to do one of the following:-
1) disclose documents or classes of document specified in the order; or
2) carry out a search to the extent stated in the order and disclose any documents located as a result of that search.
