Four ways to ask the CAD to Initial Assign/Recommend
- CRT Screen - Initial Assign/Recommend button
- F12 IA [Incident Number]
- Pending Incident Tab - Rt click and choose RECOMMEND
- RT click on the call on the MAP and choose RECOMMEND
