- If CRL > 7.0 mm + no foetal cardiac activity = miscarriage
- If CRL < 7.0 mm = repeat scan in 7 days

How is the most common cause of recurrent miscarriage investigated and managed?
Most common cause of recurrent miscarriage is antiphospholipid syndrome

- Low dose aspirin
- LMWH
