Dorsal intercalated segment instability.

Radiographically what does DISI look like ?
A
Dorsal tilt of the lunate.
The normal trapezoidal scaphoid complex can appear triangular.

What causes DISI in the wrist ?
A
Scaphoid or distal radius fracture.
Ligamentous injury.
Radius malunion.
