- Autosomal recessive, lipoprotein lipase deficiency or altered apoliprotein C-II. Causes pancreatitis, hepatosplenomegaly, and eruptive/pruritic xanthomas. Causes creamy layer in supernatant

- LDL, Cholesterol
- Autosomal dominant. Absent or defective LDL Receptors. Accelerated atherosclerosis, tendon xanthomas, and corneal arcus

Hyper-triglyceridemia:
- What is increased in blood?
- Pathophysiology
A
- VLDL, TG
2. Autosomal dominant. Hepatic overproduction of VLDL. Can cause acute pancreatitis.
