What is pityriasis versicoloured?

If > 5 consider neurofibromatosis
What is melasma?
Smooth brown patches especially on the face related to pregnancy or oral contraceptive use

Moles
What are seborrhoeic warts/keratoses?
Benign greasy-brown warty lesions usually on the back, chest, face
Very common in elderly

Pearly papule with central ulcer
What are tinea?
Ringworm lesions are young scaly and itchy with central healing
What is granuloma annular?
Chronic non-infectious inflammatory ring-shaped lesion often on the back of hands
What is erythema multiforme
Target like lesions often on extensor surfaces
What is Bowen’s disease?
Slow growing red, scaly plaque
What is psoriasis?
Well defined scaly red, pink plaques
Distribution on extensor surfaces, scalp and natal cleft distinguishes from discoid eczema
What is discoid eczema?
Itchy crusted scaly eczema worsened by heat
