PE MI DVT Stroke Top part of the heart(atria) is not pumping properly equivalent to the bottom so blood is pulling and just sitting there causing risks for the above

Goes together with afib bc meds are bronchodilating and vasoconstricting

Viral infection of the pericardium(sac around the heart)
DX: ekg-elevation in every lead
NSAIDs- help with inflam
Tuberculosis
Acid fast bacilli for sputum x3
Cxr
Afib
Ekg-looking for no p wave
Diverticulitis
Ct of abdomen- looking for abscess,
LLQ pain
