After the 26(f) conference, how long do the parties have to disclose certain information?
14 days
What must be disclosed in the initial disclosure?
Names, telephone numbers, and addresses of persons with discoverable information and the topics on which they have discoverable information, who the party may sue to support her claims or defenses
When must parties give detailed information about their evidence, including identity of witnesses who will testify live or by deposition and documents, ESI and other things that they intend to introduce at trial?
No later than 30 days before the trial
When can a party typically send a discovery request to the other side?
Not until after the initial 26(f) conference
Minor exception: requests to produce can be served 21 days after service of process
