Three S’s of satisfying eating
- eat SLOWLY
- eat SENSUALLY
- SAVOR each bite
Motto as an intuitive eater
“If you don’t love it, don’t eat it, and if you love it, savor it.”
Continued exposure to the same food results in a decrease of desire for that food.
First few bites are wonderful but near the end it no longer tastes the same/or is as delightful.
