SMB Reps must get approval noted in Salesforce by their manager for the following discounts or offers:

- Discounts up to 20% (not including the added SLED Nonprofit discount) OR
- Discounted upgrade to Diamond (Gold (10% off)-> Plat UPG (100% off) -> Diamond UPG (10% off))
- Up to 1 month free
- Net 60 payment terms

Reps or Managers must get approval noted in Salesforce by their VP for the following discounts or offers:

- Discounts up to 25% (not including the added SLED Nonprofit discount).
- Up to 3 months free
- Net 90 payment terms
- Selling the platform to companies with less than 25 users (please review the “Accounts Under 25 Employees” policy)
- Orders under $250 without a Credit Card.
Any Standing Offers (initial setup)
