any complaint by a natural or juridical persons against any member of the PNP
Citizen’s Complaint
Where the offense is punishable by withholding of privileges, restriction to specified limits, suspension or forfeiture of salary or any combination thereof, for period of not exceeding 15 days
Chief of Police
Where the offense is punishable by withholding of privileges, restriction to specifies limits, suspension or forfeiture of salary or any combination thereof, for a period of not less than 16 days but not exceeding 30 days.
Mayors of Cities and Municipalities
where the offense is punishable by withholding of privileges, restriction to specified limits, suspension or forfeiture of salary, or any combination thereof, for a period of exceeding 30 days or by dismissal.
People’s Law enforcement boards
they may summarily impose administrative punishment of admonition or reprimand: restriction of specified limits: withholding of privileges; forfeiture of salary or suspension; or any combination of the foregoing. provided, that all cases, the total period shall not exceed 30 days
Provincial Directors
In dealing with minor offenses involving internal discipline found to have been committed by any regular member of their respective commands, the duly designated supervisors and equivalent officers of the PNP shall, after due notice and summary hearing, exercise disciplinary powers.
Internal Discipline
shall have the power to impose upon any member the disciplinary punishment of dismissal from the service. he may also impose administrative punishment of admonition or reprimand; restriction of specified limits: withholding privileges; forfeiture of salary or suspension; or any combination of the foregoing. privided that in all cases, the total period shall not exceed in 60 days.
Police Regional Directors
