Roadmap to ‘Our digital future 2020 to 2024” (dictation, EPR, electronic prescribing, electronic patient comms, appointment management, Leeds record integration etc.).
Included a plan on a page, with next steps to develop 3yr costed implementation plans
Recommended discussion with Leeds Partnership / ICS about support. Concerns raised about the interoperability of systems across organisations.
Key risk that the “trust is not investing in and creating the capacity and capability to respond to the increasing dependency on digital solutions”
