Small folds and lining of small intestine that increase the surface area in a while more food to be absorbed
Villi
A protein that regulates chemical reaction
Enzyme
Secretes bile to break down fats maintain blood sugar level and filter poisonous wastes
Liver
The gland that produces both digestive enzymes and insulin
Pancreas
To extending from the small intestine and which undigested food is prepared for elimination from the body
Large intestine
The lower end of the large intestine that stores waste temporarily
Rectum
Opening to the outside of the body at the end of the rectum
Anus
