Diagnostic: physical examination, endoscope, x-ray
Treatment: flushing with a feeding tube placed through the nose

Dx: endoscope
Tx: dietary change, stretching the narrowed region, surgery

Etio: Damage from stomach acid & digestive enzyme. excessive NSAIDS use or intake, Helicobacter spp.
tx: Proton-pump inhibitors
