Ferments fibre
What does proteolytic bacteria do?
Hydrolyses proteins
What does amylolytic bacteria do?
Ferments starch
What are the two types of protozoa?
Holotrichs, Entodinomorphs
What do holotrichs do?
Utilises soluble sugars
