in the mouth, stomach and small intestine

in the small intestine
What digests minerals, water and vitamins?
Nothing! they are already small enough to be absorbed by the blood
How do enzymes work?
They are designed to break down a specific molecule’s bonds to break it into its smaller components

Hydrochloric acid (HCI)
