Acute

  • gynae: infection, uterine, adnexal,
  • GI: appendicitis, mesenteric, diverticulitis, IBD
  • GU: UTI, renal colic
  • preg: ectopic, spontaneous

Chronic

  • gynae: chronic pid, endometriosis, adenomyosis, adhesions m, dysmenorrhea, ovarian cyst
  • non-gynae: IBS, IBD, everything
