  • Acute onset
  • Angio-oedema (airway swelling)
  • Inspiratory stridor / hoarse voice
  • Wheezing
  • Chest hyperventilation
  • Accessory muscle use
  • Cyanosis
  • Pale and clammy skin
  • Bradycardia or tachycardia
  • Hypotension
  • Urticaria (hives)
  • Pruritis
