Different Views in PowerPoint Flashcards
The different views in PowerPoint allow you to easily modify and create your presentation. Each view has its own purpose. There are seven (7) different views in PowerPoint namely:
A. Normal view
B. Slide Sorter view
C. Notes Page view
D. Reading view
E. Slide Master
F. Handout Master
G. Notes Master
This view is the default view in PowerPoint.
Normal View
This view allows you to display almost all of the slides in miniature form.
Slide Sorter View
In this view, the slide is displayed as a small image and below the slide is he space for you to write your notes (speaker notes).
Notes Page View
In many ways, it is similar to Slide Show view because in both views, the slide is shown in full screen. However, in Reading view you also see the PowerPoint title bar and the status bar at the top and bottom of the interface respectively
Reading view
gives access to the Slide Master, any edits you make in this view influence all slides in the presentation.
The slide Master view
are documents that you can print from your presentation. You may include as many as 9 slides on each handout page, and the slides will look more like thumbnails.
Handouts Master
in PowerPoint lets you modify the appearance of the “Notes Page” presentation view. Any change you make within the Notes Master view affects how they appear in Notes Page view and the layout of printed Notes pages. However, these changes do not affect the Notes pane of your slides in Normal View.
The notes master
