Cover thumb in each hand and then motion is like playing drums..."Finkelstein" sounds like a band's name +=pain → DeQuervain's tenosynovitis (inflammation in 2 possible sites: aBductor pollicis longus or extensor pollicis brevis)...pain of tendon sheath
