Minerals- chromium, copper, fluoride, iodine, manganese’s, molybdenum, phosphorous
Changes to recommended intake of some nutrients - increased thiamine, B12, B6, folate, vit A l, calcium, zinc, iron and magnesium. Decreased riboflavin

EER without physical activity recommendations
AI protein recommendation
Fat- alpha linoleic, linoleic
Carbohydrate recommendation
No fibre recommendation for infants
Big change in micronutrient needs from 7-12 months
Adults
Large variation in EER due to pa factor
Need to consume smaller proportions of omega 6
Makes generally have higher requirements except for iron and calcium
