A

HBP: build up of cholesterol

Arthritis: extra weight on the skeleton

CHD: heart under more strain

Psychological problems: low self esteem

A

Self infliction: poor diet, smoking, lack of exercise, alcohol

Conditions: diabetes, HBP, heredity

A

Type1: insulin not produced in body and must be injected

Type2: body can’t use insulin produced, obesity

Tired-no glucose for energy
Toilet-more frequent
