The SCID-5-CV is made up of 10 diagnostic modules and is quite comprehensive in nature…
it covers 39 of the common diagnoses that are seen by clinicians (ex. Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar I & II Disorders, Major Depressive Disorder, Adjustment Disorder, etc.)
Screens for 17 additional disorders (ex. Bulimia, Anorexia, Hoarding Disorder, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, etc.) The diagnostic modules include:
Module A: Mood Episodes and Persistent Depressive Disorder
Module B: Psychotic and Associated Symptoms
Module C: Differential Diagnosis of Psychotic Disorders
