Medial aspect of the ankle (Venous)

What are some PE findings which would indicate an ARTERIAL INSUFFICIENCY?
Px Pulselessness (delayed cap refill) Paresthesia / Paralysis Pallor Poikilothermia
Hair loss
Shiny, tight skin appearance
If your PT has multiple toes with gangrenous tissue; which amputation would be indicated?? (Dorsal and plantar aspects UNAFFECTED!)
