operated by an actuating cylinder located in fuselage at LH wing root. hydraulic fluid supplied by hand pump under pilots seat.
hand pump - integral reservoir, selector valve, relief valve set at 1000psi
select UP / DOWN then pump to desired position. do not change selection until ready to change flap position
