A
- Failed miserably in Wales, close to 80% no.
- Passed narrowly in Scotland (52%) but didn’t meet threshold of 40% of all eligible voters.

A
- Scotland passed, 3-to-1 margin, also approved ability to adjust tax rates by 3%.
- Wales passed narrower set of powers, but only by 7,000 votes.
- Scottish Parliament and Welsh Assembly opened in 1999.
