What is sovreignty, and who is sovreign and where did originate?

A

Absolute power in the Uk and cannot be forced to anything it doesn’t want to do. Power has always been centerally concentrated, the crown and then gradually into parliament.

A

Greater representation, even experience of government. Uk parliament often punishes smaller parties, whereas devolution is more beneficial towards parliament. Having proven themselves it benefits the voting systems designed to disperse power. Eg Snp
