What is sovreignty, and who is sovreign and where did originate?
Absolute power in the Uk and cannot be forced to anything it doesn’t want to do. Power has always been centerally concentrated, the crown and then gradually into parliament.
What is devolution, when did it begin and some examples?
Process of devolving, deferrring or delegaitng to another body or person. Began in 1999. Examples include local governments, metro mayors, PCCs, devolved parliaments.

What has devolution done for smaller parties
Greater representation, even experience of government. Uk parliament often punishes smaller parties, whereas devolution is more beneficial towards parliament. Having proven themselves it benefits the voting systems designed to disperse power. Eg Snp
What is the west lothian question
Scottish, Welsh and Northern Ireland members at Westminster can vote upon English matters, while MPs from England have no influence on Scottish, Welsh or Northern Ireland affairs which are devolved to their decision-making bodies.
