There isn’t demand for it: EVEL was introduced to help but it was abandoned, and elected mayor’s have already satisfied the issue

English MPs already dom Westminster, English MP become less useful, and its a waste of time and money, England is too small- as seen I confusion of covid teir system

Turnout remains low in devolved assemblies- suggests they’re not important: London mayor election turnout was 42%, more devolved assemblies left voters confused creating voter fatigue
