• All adults with a Developmental Disability in Ontario applying for services must do so through the DSO. This can happen at the age of 16. Ministry of Education encourages teachers to support their students during the Individual Education Plan to complete an Individual Transition Plan which is intended to connect the student to services after school is completed.
