- signed by Brunei, NZ, Chile, Singapore on June 3, 2005
- aimed to reduce tarrifs 90% by Jan 1,2006 and have no tarrifs by 2015
- Chile has benefited, NZ has bought the largest dairy producer and rights in oil and gas, meaning more employment
