Primitive reflexes and when they go?
Moro - dropping –> arms flex/abduct - < 3 months
Grasp - finger in baby’s hand and it grasps - < 4 months
Stepping - baby upright on flat surface, lifts one foot and other as if stepping - < 4 months, returns at 12 months
ATNR - head moves to one side, ipsilateral arm and leg extend, opposite arm and leg flex - < 6 months
When should there be no head lag and be able to lift head above midline?

Limitations walking on uneven surfaces and inclines and crowded or confined spaces.
GMFCS level III?
Walk indoors/outdoors on level surfaces with assistive mobility device (crutch).
May climb stairs with railing.
May propel a wheelchair manually or transported when travelling for long distances or on uneven terrain.
GMFCS level IV?
May walk for short distances on walker or rely more on wheeled mobility at home and school and in the community
GMFCS level V?
Physical impairment restricts voluntary control of movement and ability to maintain antigravity head anc trunk postures.
All areas of motor function are limited.
No means of independent mobility and are transported.
