What are Gross Motor milestones by 3 and 6 months?
- 3 months: Able to support their head in line with the body (no head lag on pulling up)
- 6 months: Can sit with support but lack the balance to sit unsupported.
What are Gross Motor milestones by 9 and 12 months?
- 9 months: Sit unsupported, start crawling, stand with support, and bounce on legs.
- 12 months: Stand and begin cruising (walking while holding furniture).
What are Gross Motor milestones by 15 and 18 months?
- 15 months: Walk unaided.

- 6 weeks: fixes and follows objects
- 3 months: briefly hold objects, prefer faces over objects.
- 6 months: Palmar grasp, transfers objects hand to hand
- 9 months: early pincer grasp, points with finger
- 12 months: mature Pincer grasp
