•If standard takeoff minimums are authorized, lower than standard takeoff minimums are authorized by OpSpec C078. Comply with the runway-specific climb gradient.Then:Use Table 9.1 Lower Than Standard Takeoff Visibility Requirements to determine lower than standard takeoff minimums.
•Review the weather report to determine the type of visibility reports available and number of reporting RVRs, if applicable.
•The availability of lighting and visual aids can be determined by referencing the Jeppesen -9/-9A page.
