Why do we have the fine TIP screws?
To penetrate dense, sclerotic, bone
What is the pre-angulation of the protection sleeve?

What is the purpose of the pre-angulation?
To help with insertion into the aiming device. Also provides additional positional memory of the joint.
What is the purpose of the protection sleeve?
To prevent soft tissue uptake into the universal joint.
Is the protection sleeve just for the driver?
No. The protection sleeve can work with all jointed SYNFIX Evolution Instruments.
What is the height of the spreader when closed?
6mm total. 3mm for each “lip”
The trial spacer is undersized by how much - compared to the implant?
0.8mm
How tall are the teeth on the implant?
0.4mm on each side - so if you total cranial teeth and caudal teeth - you get 0.8mm total height.
