Vanilla Caramel Pannacotta
Vanilla Caramel Pannacotta topped with caramel tuille served with grand marnier sauce, almond crumbs and caramelized apples.

Ingredients:
- Vanilla Caramel Pannacotta: Heavy cream, sugar, milk, vanilla beans, gelatin sheets.
- Grand Marnier sauce: orange juice, sugar, grand marnier liquor.
- Almond Crumbs: eggs, sugar, almond flour, salt.
- Caramelized Apples: Sugar, vanilla beans, cinnamon, green apples.
Chocolate Pumpkin Tart
Chocolate pumpkin tart topped with chocolate garnish and candied pecans, served with maple jam and pomegranate coulis.
